Hi!! I'm Abril, a graphic designer with over 6 years of experience working as a visual designer, specifically focused on UI/UX design applied to websites, web apps, apps, platforms, and e-commerce. How did you get interested in creating? What were your early influences?
As a child I did multiple activities that were related to art and creative explorations. Any kind of physical activities such as dancing or artistical influence at school.

What’s the most valuable skill you’ve learned so far professionally?
I think that the most interesting skill I learned is to listen, take my time to analyze and answer. Listen and understand the purpose of any project or client.

Could you please share with us a little about your background and family?
Im an only child that growth with two lovely parents. My father always encouraged me to do sports and my mother showed me a lot of culture or intelectual things. I now live by my self with my dog, Maga.

Every Creative has their style but it can be difficult to bring that style to different projects with different clients, all with their own styles. How do you bring the two together?
Sometimes is not the style but the trained eye to create with a developed criteria and consistency.

How do you see the role of a web designer evolving in the next 5-10 years?
It may become a interesting mix between agility and ambitious digital possibilities. Everything evolves so fast that is mind blowing every new release.

Who are your influences?
Not sure I have any. Everything from where I can collect inspiration is an influence.

How do you think quality, storytelling, and great teamwork come together on a project?
With great communication and compromise from every expertise that is involve with the same goal.

What does your creative process look like?
I depends of the stage the project is when Im in. Maybe with a lo of research, benchmark, discovery, etc or maybe deep dive into what is done and from where I'm providing any visual solution.

As a Creative, how do you bring forth your style in the different projects you work on?
With consistency.
